Cultural Responsiveness

Is your team culturally responsive? Cultural responsiveness refers to accepting and being aware of an individual’s intersectionalities. More specifically, it examines these intersectionalities from an asset based perspective and is inclusive in nature. Participants who attend this training will gain understanding in how incorporating intentional, inclusive, and equitable practices are an essential component in developing and sustaining meaningful relationships.
